Products are great. The wrong ebike was ordered which took forever to get and now it has to be reordered but staff were good about the exchange and demonstrating the bike to me.

I like the excellent service you provide through all your staff and employees. I called to make an appointment for annual service on my Electra Townie-Go bike. I brought it in on a Thursday and picked it up Friday morning! Totally unexpected! During this COVID pandemic, I thought they'd have it a week or more. They not only serviced my front brake lever that was broken for next to nothing but did a complete safety inspection. The total cost was $32. And then assisted me with loading it back on my bike rack. I really appreciate IMT's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! I can always depend on Idaho Mountain Touring to get the best service possible!

Amanda was personal and answered all of my questions... patient and provided good customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment... if not able to answer my question, she found a reliable source for input.
