Great inventory of top quality bikes
It was an excellent service from Lukas in specific and others at Holland bicycles yesterday (07.17.20), in understanding my needs, likings, building bikes in fast response times, trying their very best to make my drive from LA to Coronado in search of a bike in these very difficult and stressful times, still worth it.
I’ll go there again if you can find me a medium (17.5) x-caliber 9 2021 (volt green and blue).

Nelson was very patient and helpful with me. He took the time to explain the differences of beach cruisers I was interested in. He placed the bike on hold for me to allow me time to find a bike shop close to me in Las Vegas who would be able to assemble the bike in a timely fashion. My purchase was no pressure at all. He even waited for me to return to the shop minutes after the shop closed on a Saturday. I would recommend Holland Bike shop To everyone! Also, Ask for Nelson he will take special care of you.

Had the product I wanted as shown on you web site. Some sites advertise products but don’t really have them. Nelson was very efficient helping me when I called the bike shop.

Holland's Bicycles has a great selection of bikes and accessories from Trek, Electra, Turn,= and Specialized. The staff is always friendly and the owners are down to earth! This one of my favorite bike shops in So. California, it's worth the drive to the island!

Staff went out of their way to search for an item that was out of stock everywhere else. They are a believer in customer service.
I was looking all over Orange County for a Specialized Como 4.0. None to be found. Saw on the Holland’s website that they had one in stock. Called at 11:00 am on July 3 to confirm if the bike was in stock, spoke with Jacob. Jacob confirmed it was, took a deposit over the phone and said to check back in two hours to see if the bike could be built same day. Before I could call, back Jacob called me to say the bike would be ready at 3:00. Got to the store which very busy, but the staff was incredibly helpful, brought the bike out and sent me off on a test ride. When I got back, Jacob was waiting asking how I liked it and if I had any questions. He patiently answered my questions and also recommended a back rack, which was installed in 20 minutes. After finishing the transaction, Jacob walked with me to my car down the block and helped load up the bike. Jacob and the team rocked it, especially on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. The team had a great attitude and was focused on great service. Even though I live over an hour away in Orange County, it’s well worth making the trip to San Diego for future purchases and service. I highly recommend that you check out Holland’s bikes for great selection and service.
I ordered the bike online and received a confirmation call the next morning with a pick up date and time. The communication was superb and the pick up was seamless. The bike was more beautiful than I anticipated. I can’t wait for the big reveal at the birthday party. 🙌🏻
