They are my local shop- they treat locals and visitors like we are family. Great and quick job with repairs and builds from sales. I especially like the low key bike shop vibe in both the front and in the mechanic station. So fun. Don't change anything!

I appreciate being welcomed when I walk in the front door. The team is excited to help customers. What a concept! And they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a child's seat and two staff members set to work, both with the product and online, checking the specs for my existing bike rack, the weight limit for the child, etc. I was provided thorough instructions on how to use the bike seat and secure it. The seat was installed for me on the spot. I walked out the door and then realized I needed the seat higher. Jacob took care of it without asking me to go around the corner to the repair entrance. Everyone pitched in as if I was the most important customer they would have all day. It was the highlight of my morning to interact with the Hollands's Bike team members.

A fantastic experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I ordered an electric bike through the Tern company website and they shipped it to my local bike store for assembly. I didn’t know the shop would attach all the accessories too! And I ordered A LOT. The staff seemed so knowledgeable and kind and helped my with my beginner questions (and to pick out a lock). They even had a young man help me get my bike into my too-large UHaul that was parked two blocks away. I’ll definitely be back with more questions I’m sure.

We had such a great experience at Holland’s Bicycle! Erin helped us and was absolutely amazing — super patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. We also worked with Tyler, the service manager, and he was just as wonderful. Both Erin and Tyler took the time to answer all of our questions, walk us through everything, and make sure we felt confident with our purchase/service.
The whole experience felt easy, honest, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers and want people to feel good about what they’re getting. Highly recommend Holland’s Bicycle in Coronado!

The service you provided was outstanding in that the new parts and services that were provided make my ride feel like the day I bought the bike in August 2025, as if the 5000 miles I put on the bike since then didn't really happen.
