The service department is one of the best that I have ever worked with when serving a bicycle. Andy worked diligently on my Trek Madone when I broke a spoke on my back wheel. He gave me a straight answer to getting it fixed, and was able to do an entire tuneup with top level craftsmanship. It is very apparent that this team enjoys what they do. I will be back to support this shop while I am living here in San Diego.
