Mostly I like the people, the products you can get just about anywhere. Everyone is always very helpful to me and my family. They let us roll our bikes in just about anytime and they fix them right away, many times with no charge for a minor tweak. Everyone at Holland's is the BEST. I love the new ownership and the team they've assembled. Couldn't live without them!!!
I ordered online for a curbside pickup, and everything went smoothly. The employees that I spoke with on the phone or in person at the curb were quite friendly and helpful.
I picked up a Willworx Superstand Extreme Bike Stand for my plus size MTB - it does its job and looks like it will hold a 3.0 tire easily (I'm currently running 2.8), is sturdy and the only assembly required is snapping one curved tube into place.
Also purchased a Bontrager Rapid Pack - Holland's had the only one I could find online that was olive grey in color, and that's the color I wanted - seems they are on back order everywhere, must be popular! I've used it on one ride and really like it. My wallet and phone fit easily in the side pockets
