The staff is excellent. They are Ford PT and knowledgeable. As a Brompton premier dealer, Holland’s Bicycles has all of the things I need to maintain my bike. I recommend them to anyone that stops me to ask about my bike and where to get one. I would like to point out just how much business you could gain from updating your website. I often end up ordering parts and accessories from many other bike shops with an easy to use website because your website just isn’t user friendly. If I can’t find the part or accessory I have to call the store and the process of calling and getting your order shipped out to you is slow and cumbersome. Some of these websites are from Brompton dealers out of state and I would love my money to go to you so you can stay in business.
Premium products and such accomodating staff. I wanted to support a local SD bike shop for purchasing my first road bike. Holland's has it all! They're not going to sell every little thing/accessory to you. They listen to your needs and wants.

Very good at notifying me when my bike was in. Also had it built out and ready for me to test. Helped size the bike to me and recommended recheck in a month or so. These guys know their stuff and are incredibly helpful.
Tyler Kelly is an absolute treasure. Responsive, personable, skilled, and knowledgeable, he is my go-to on any bike project and the embodiment of what makes Holland's such a fantastic shop.
I ordered over the phone and Jacob was very helpful. The bike was missing a part from the manufacturer and he kept me informed very well about its ETA and then when the bike was ready. Great personal service.
