What I liked most is really a whom I liked most. Lucas Evans was absolutely great to talk to, from my first visit through the final sale. He never rushed (or rushed me), no hard sale, lots of information. He was always friendly and professional. I just thought he was completely trustworthy and he was a pleasure to deal with.
I hope that my post-sale experience will be as good when I need help, warranty work or bike service, but I am optimistic!

I asked about an Etrike a few weeks ago and I was told they would talk to their rep and get back to me. We spoke a couple of times after that and then I got a call they could get one. I have called several bike shops in Calif and out of state and no one could get one. Nelson was very relatable and I appreciate his customer service. We are in Coronado often and ride our bikes at The Strand. Now with the Etrike I can ride into town and do the hills when we travel a lot easier.
