Well, everything. You all always go over and above for me and my family. I can't get a tire on a rim. You handle it! No charge! My bike needs adjustments. You handle it! No charge! The associates at Holland's are incredible. They have helped us on several occasions. We are from out of state and have purchased three bikes from them over the last 8 years. Their superior service keeps us coming back even though we have shops in our own neck of the woods.

Products are all the same, your staff is what sets you apart. Had my tires converted from tubes to tubeless in less than 30 minutes on a busy Sunday. Repair shop needs a raise. Jacob is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was the reason I bought the bike from your shop.

Malcomb was incredible. Very helpful and considerate. He is a tremendous ambassador for Holland’s. The only issue I’ve ever had was kid in the back who was about as helpful as a kick in the shins and had the attitude to go along with it. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but I didn’t.
