This was the best experience ever, all around! Both by the customer experience and turn around time for my build, and also the luck of their inventory. I've been looking for a very specific bike for months and the eta to order it most places was 7 months out, but then I waited too long and an eta wasn't even available (meaning I think they stopped producing this bike). Holland's ended up having it and and although they normally have a 3-4 day build turnaround, they built it overnight and then the NEXT DAY I got to pick up the bike I've been wanting for months! I was so shocked. Also the customer service has been great any time I have contacted them. I will definitely purchase another bike here in the future, and will go out of my way to use them when I can for maintenance and such.
I have purchased one bike and had 2 others serviced here. Each interaction has been 100% excellent. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Holland's for any biking needs.

The shop in downtown is always busy, yet I did no have to wait long to be serviced in both visits I paid. Also very efficient staff, got my decision made quickly. Special mention to Lucas for his prompt follow up, transparency and to the point advices and flexibility.

Although we were set to purchase a bike from them, it all did not work out. Even throughout the pandemic when we called month after month to check on whether the bike had come in the different people that I spoke to were always polite and knowledgeable.
