We were in Coronado for a few days in June and saw your store and went in. We have been looking for a Townie for months in Arizona and they just don’t have any. We were so excited to put it in the back of the car and bring it back to AZ with us.

Honestly, it was a great experience.
My only issue was that notification about my bike’s completion was kinda weak. Notification, was sent from an unfamiliar account that was sent to my junk folder. My bike was sitting for two weeks before I called to discover it had been sitting there for a while. A call would’ve been more effective.

Great customer service! Very prompt communication and best efforts to be accommodating during one of the busiest weekends of the year! It was such a relief that Holland’s did everything they could to get a black tire on my beach cruiser for a weekend without a vehicle on the island. Nowadays- this kind of care and helpfulness is unheard of!
