First time at your store. It was super busy and finally we got Jacobs attention. He was great! He stuck with us to the end and I purchased a bicycle and side items. only I need to get back in touch because don't think I got all paperwork.

Only bike shop in America that had a Sirrus 4.0 in a small. Great customer service. They held the bike for a week as it was 100 mile drive to get the bike. Very very grateful
