The purchase of a new bicycle was so easy. Jake made recommendations based on our needs, we selected one and it was a perfect choice. They were happy to hold the bike until after Christmas and then had it ready to go when we picked it up. At that time, Nelson helped us select an accessory to fit our exact needs. This is the second bike purchased from Holland and when it’s time for a new one, we will use them again.

Each time we went in to check out bikes for our boys, we met a different employee as equally kind and helpful as the last. They never made us feel badly for the numerous silly questions or the fact that it took us 4 visits to pick the perfect bikes. They made it easy; attaching accessories and cutting pieces down to fit the boys perfectly. They even held on to the bikes for us until we found a more convenient hiding spot for the surprise bikes! We are so happy with our Holland’s purchases!
