I love this bike shop! I refer friends here. Heck, I accompany friends to help them find bikes and accessories! The mechanics are great - both those at the service counter and those in the back. My bikes have always been well taken care of and I always get good advise from them and the sales staff. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. You should buy your bike and bike gear at Eddy's!
Brought my bike in to change a flat repair without an appointment or leaving overnight and they changed it same day to get me back on the road to get my ride in on a beautiful day… Great service

Everyone in the shop treated me with kindness and respect. It's clear I am not a super cyclist. I've been in other shops and they can tell I'm not one of them. I also felt like I was treated accordingly. But the staff at Eddy's was so great and they were genuinely happy to help and happy for me to get back into riding. We loved that we had someone help us pick out a bike that suits our needs. You have techs on hand to fix bikes and the friendly people that had patience with our request for a change in the color of the bike.
I love how every time I bring a bike in for service, they just grab it throw it up on the rack, and give me an accurate quote in 5 minutes. The staff is crazy friendly and always willing to help. They are the only bike shop I use and I rive by 2 others to get there!
Great Staff and Excellent Service
Deep product offerings, although skewed to the super premium now because of supply chain. Great knowledge of both bikes and more importantly, WHERE I CAN ENJOY THEM. I'm new to the area, but even if I wasn't, I feel like I could have gotten something out of the knowledge being shared with me.
The mechanics and the sales people have always been very conscientious and professional. I had an issue with one of my tubeless tires and it was repaired quickly and completely. I would recommend Eddy's to anybody either looking for a bike or need bike maintenance or repairs.
Chris took the time to understand what I was looking for in a pair of shoes, how I would use them and then we explored the different in stock options. He also offered to order in a pair if I liked a shoe that wasn't available in my size. That was well beyond what I would normally expect, "what size do you wear" ...
I was able to get the repair done while I waited.
