I like you guys a lot! I bought my beloved bike (a Marin) at Reckless, but never took to the folks there. I met your shop when I entered the UBC triathalon in 2022 and based on that experience you became my go-to bike shop. Folks are friendly, genuine, helpful is a generous way. Plus, you have had each of the few accessories I have needed to buy. Would defininitely recommend.
My bike needed a repair.. I was told it may be two weeks. Got a call to pick up the next day. Excellent service.
I was very happy with the way I was treated when I arrived to have my ebike repaired. Although it wasn’t a big task it was completed while I waited. The person I dealt with was very friendly and appreciated me coming to their store.

I am new to cycling and Stephen went above and beyond showing me different options and explaining the basics. He graciously spent quite a lot of time over a few sessions to teach me what to look for and offered me a long test ride around Stanley park to make sure I am comfortable with my bike. He then did the bike fitting complimentary which was amazing. I’ve never experienced such professional, amazing customer service elsewhere!
