My daughter was slightly older than the other students. But the teacher is inclusive and handle the group. I also like that she is able to balance multiple skill levels with in the class.

I like to use the recumbent elliptical and the lateral elliptical. Wish there were more recumbent elliptical machines on the floor, as they are often in use and sometimes I have to wait.
Love our daughter’s teacher and progression of the class and lessons. Can’t wait for the next session!

For an infant, this is an ideal class as it gets the baby use to the water.

I love all the class offerings. A couple instructors aren't so welcoming but they are the exception.
The time I spend at the Y is for me alone. I walk taller and my attitude improves following a great workout.

the facilities are great like the updates, except the fireplace (that's a head scratchier).
Wish they would do a little better cleaning the pool locker rooms, some times the shower walls get slimy and you can see mold where the joints are. With that many people using the facilities makes you wonder. If they clean them regularly how come they always smell funny.

Fun and positive Zumba teacher with great music and dance to exercise.
Equipment for just about every taste, well seasoned sauna, clean showers and bathrooms, interesting looking group fitness classes, multipurpose room equipped with tumbling accessories and cushioned mats. Not to mention the people , mostly local with as fair share of seasoned travelers who sometimes share fanciful tales of intrigue and discovery.
I love the swim lessons and the inclusive environment.
The people are friendly. I can usually use the equipment I want; but the bikes are very popular and there are only 4. The club is in a great location for me.
The Stay and Play staff are the sweetest, most patient and cheerful people. Ms. Noor, Ms. Sheryl and Ms. Rosetta are always so helpful, loving, kind and have become friends of our family. We are extremely thankful for the careful selection in choosing the right people for the Stay and Play position.
We are in love with our Y’s mission to include those with special needs as part of the staff and gym-goers.
Everyone is always so pleasant. It makes a welcoming and enjoyable trip every single time (and we are there a lot!).
