What do you like about your Y experience?

I like how everyone is so friendly and helpful. The employees want you to have the best experience available to you at the facility.

Community outreach is also important to me and I'm happy the Y is also involved in that.

I have recommend Mark Fleming’s small group training to many people. He is a great trainer and makes me excited to come to the gym.

The only recommendation is to create a better tracking system for trainers. When you buy packages, there should be somewhere to track how many used vs how many remaining.

People are friendly, helpful, and the facility is very clean. Machines seem to be repaired rather promptly. Many choices of programs and machines to use.

What do you like about your Y experience?

My experience at The Y has been superb. Everyone is so nice, cheerful, polite, helpful; the classes are terrific, really terrific; the lighting on the tennis courts has improved; the machines are kept in good repair.
I have moved further away, but still keep my active membership as it's worth the extra drive.

What do you like about your Y experience?

We participate in the group training classes at the Arnold location and love our trainer and the people we have met through the class. Also enjoy the spinning classes. The improvements they are making to the facility are very much needed and appreciated!

What do you like about your Y experience?

The only thing I would like to see improved is parking relative to the main entrance. We participate in the swim lesson program, and it's frustrating that we cannot enter to the door closest to the swimming pools. Therefore when we're unlucky and not able to park near the main entrance, we have a bit of a walk from our parking spot to the pools.

I don’t like the number of kids to be high in class. It takes the focus off but i love this class and the instructors.

My children's swim instructor Nancy was amazing working with them!! They learnes so much in 8 weeks! She individualizes their lessons even when they were raking classes together! I'll definitely go to her again when I want to advance my kids further!

Wyatt did a great job teaching. There was plenty of one on one attention even in a group class. Our daughter had a great time and learned a lot.
