Helpful and friendly staff from checkin Lady to the floor trainers and Assistant floor desk. Grest updates like an elevator, increased Handicap parking, openess front desk and child's seat hidden in main floor bathrooms. Very family friendly!!

I like the family environment. I usually have my tween daughter with me when I go to the gym. We both enjoy it & both run in to our friends there. There is a strong sense of community at the Arnold Y.
Water aerobics has me 4 times a week. Love other variety of classes offered. Staff is knowledgeable.
Love that the trainers and others at the Y are so accommodating. They are professional, competent, and friendly! Also, the variety of the equipment and classes is great!
I like the classes, specifically Body Pump and Victor's HIIT class. VIctor is great! A very challenging and fun workout. He keeps it interesting, and varies the workouts each class. You never know how you're going to be challenged - just that you're going to sweat!!!
Lots for the youth to do also family nights.

overall the Y experience is very good. the remodeling is great. my biggest complaint is the repair of machines and how long it takes. i am specifically talking about the eliptical machines located near the round circuit training, right next to the rowing machines. i absolutely love them and i use them a lot. but they do seem to break down. in the fall in november it took at least 6 weeks to have it repaired and then they only repaired the one and didnt look at the others. they are not working again. it is difficult once you get used to the machines and when you cant use them it is very frustrating. some of the employees seemed bored when you tell them about the machines being broken. their attitude could be improved. but overall i like the Y and will continue to participate.
