Right now I mostly use the pool. I have taken YOGA classes and also have used the equipment in the gym. Its great. Not every area is lucky enough to have access to theses activities.

I only play Pickleball there now. But I like the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I also enjoyed the arthritis pool classes in the past and hope to do that again.

The Arnold gym has a good environment, assortment of equipment and classes, and indoor basketball. But, please fix your WiFi because 4G cannot penetrate your steel structure (please lookup Faraway Cage.)

I absolutely love the Zumba and Cardio Dance classes. The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. Keep it up!

Basketball courts and sauna are great. The staff is nice and the class schedule offers many opportunities to attend.

What do you like about your Y experience?

The level 3 stamina swimming lesson has done wonders for my grandson! Before he wouldn't even put his face in the water and now he is swimming with his arms. Miss Jenny is a miracle worker!
