From the moment we walked into the shop, we were well supported by Mike and his team. They were extremely supportive and professional. We had gone in to browse and check the size of frame i would need - at no point did we feel under any kind of pressure to buy. The whole experience with the knowledge and discussion around the bikes available was really helpful. We will definitely revisit this store again in the future and highly recommend them.

3. Exceptional communication and support from knowledgable and genuinely interested staff (particularly Dan who looked after us from start to finish). He provided prompt updates both in store and over email. Dan and Alderney also sparked interest over conversation (eg, about planned Trek rides and cyclocross racing experience). They are both assets to Trek Bicester.

I had excellent in-store advice from Theo - I went into the shop as a complete newbie, but we narrowed the bike choice down to the one that I ended up buying from them. I'd thoroughly recommend going in to talk to them as it was all super friendly.
