Just a level 1 service. Sorted a few minor issues with my road bike to get it ready for the Highland Cross. Happy to use a long standing local bike shop.
Love the trek range bought a rail 8 ebike and it is a game changer no pressure to buy tried a couple of different demo models at the shop just had it 1st free service and again great all round service by professional friendly staff

When I visited the Ilkley store to pick up my Brompton Electric G Line, I was greeted with friendly staff making the pickup experience feel excellent. Overall, the process was smooth which I am extremely pleased about. However, a problem occurred when they have notified me that they could not find the charger that was included with the bike but they said that they are going to post it to my address so hopefully that goes through (I will contact them for updates if there are any). Regardless of that, overall still a good experience and I would visit them again in the future.
