Like always, I came in for tech help and Stephen was super helpful. This is one of the reasons I bought my wife a Trek, and Trek is on the table for my next bike. Any time someone asks for a mechanic recommendation I always send them to Trek Chattanooga.
I've purchased 3 bikes from Atlanta Cycling, Ansley. The Sales Dept. has always been very informative and helpful. The Service Dept. is excellent - all the mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Have always trusted my bike with them.

They are so very supportive at the Chattanooga Trek Store. Any issues with your bike and they are on it. We bought two e-bikes and I really enjoyed working with them to get the best bike to fit my desires. They have helped me so much in arriving at the sweet spot of comfort on my bike as well. Tweaked until we arrived at the perfect setup. I’m so very appreciative. They are knowledgeable and very fast in service. If they don’t know what to do they will research and find out. Love working with Stephen and the rest of the service guys there.
