The staff at this store is amazing. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like they go out of their way to help. From helping me take the bikes off my car; to holding the door open to helping me put the bikes back on the rack. I keep going back to this place because they do such an awesome job with a smile on their face. I feel like everyone who works there wants to be there. I love this shop!

Atlanta Cycling is just great. They fixed my bike after a bad accident and had me up and riding again quickly. They did not try and upsell me on parts that did not need to replaced. Highly recommend Matt and his team at the Vinings location.
The Power Training Clinic that Amos conducted was really helpful and it was nice to be able to ask questions and have a dialogue in a relaxed and casual setting. The things I learned have already been incorporated into my training regime.
Bill Vann was honestly the best person I've ever experienced in a sales transaction. So very clear, thorough, not at all pushing to buy a bike, and that made me decide to buy my bike at his location.

Came in to get my pedals changed out and got lucky to have Samantha greet me at the door asking if she could help bring i my bike. I had tried to purchase it online but had to call for assistance and Samantha help me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable supportive and did the change out in short order. Everyone there was friendly etc. She helped with seatpost height etc and hopefully when I come back to Decatur Ill get to rest it out.

I bought my first Trex bike i think in 2009 from The Great Escape and have since added 3 others. I really like the Trek bikes and over the years have gotten good service from the bike and repairs. This past visit Ian and Justin have been great working with me and getting my bikes back in good running condition. Thanks Frank Templeton

Michael was very helpful in explaining the differences in bikes to my wife and I. We are new to biking and appreciated his help in picking out bikes that we will enjoy. He was also very gracious in staying even after the store closed to see that we had all the right equipment and getting our bikes set up.
The employees are extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional! This makes it so pleasant to go into the store. I needed a tube replaced at the last minute and the Spartanburg store was there for me. I couldn’t ask for a better store or employees!!!
Great local shop with an impressive lineup of Trek bikes. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable—friendly, approachable, and clearly experienced. They’re also solution-oriented, taking time to understand what you need and offering honest, helpful advice. My bike came out of the service area running smoother than ever. No pressure, just quality work and solid gear. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Quality bikes and accessories. The employees have great customer service. I dropped my bike off for maintenance check with Kevin. Very nice and professional. I picked my bike up and spoke with Bradley. I was able to share some concerns with my ability to do tire inflation since my husband was having health issues. Bradley demonstrated a new compact tire compressor/inflation device that will be a game changer for my ability to use. It was an unexpected purchase but well worth it. Great customer service experience
I believe in the quality of Trek Bikes. The staff at Trek are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I have been well assisted in finding the right accessaries for my bike. Their service department is awesome too!

Very helpful and honest
Justin was great. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Offered to look at my bike to check it out for free. Only thing to take note of, they did not notice my rear derailer was worn and not sitting where it should be. I believe the spring was worn out, and one of the cogs was bouncing up against the cassette.
Other than that I will be back in the future.
