Everything. The service, the technical knowledge, the assistance in putting the bike in my car. I only wish I knew more about this location earlier. I originally purchased my bike at Atlanta Cycling -Duluth when it was on Satellite BLVD. While this location was always a bike shop, it was originally independent of Atlanta Cycling. I originally used to pack up the bike and drive to midtown. But I don't have to anymore. A big difference between 2 miles (if that much) from the house or a minimum of 20 to get to Piedmont Road. If the distance is bad enough, add the time idolizing in traffic. Now obviously, for people who live in the city, going to the Midtown location is ideal. But not if you live in the northern suburbs such as Gwinnett.
Great communications through the service / repair. Definitely will continue to use Trek Greenville in the future.
