In the Chattanooga store, Steven exemplifies the type of quality service that is consistent at the Trek store. He is friendly, accommodating, educational, and just a super guy, as are all of the employees that I have encountered while at their store. It's the best bike store in Chattanooga.
I think Trek makes good quality bikes even in their entry level bikes which is what I purchased. Where they greatly excel in my opinion however is in the service. A few year back I bought my first road bike used. I went to buy shoes and clips at the Trek store and even though I did not buy the bike from them they assisted me in fitting the shoes and making sure I was setup right on the bike with them. Even though the bike itself was not a Trek. So when I went looking to buy a starter bike to get into mountain biking I went back to the same Trek in Greenville SC and got just as amazing service. I was impressed enough with that service and the bike that I went back the next day with my wife and we bought her one of the same model. That service is why when I am in the market for a new road bike, it will be a Trek.

The upgrade was way beyond expectation. I felt like I was riding a brand new bike and mine is 42 years old. Staff was courteous and obviously knew what they were doing.
