My family and I love visiting Atlanta Cycling. The folks there are always very friendly and helpful with any stage of biking you may be. We purchased a new Trek for my son (14rs) this year and the Atlanta Cycling Team were very helpful with finding the right size, style and price of bike for him. I've recently had an older road bike tuned up with new tires/tubes and the Maintenance Team did a fantastic job servicing a 46yr old bike. I'm looking forward to having my wife fitted for a new bike next spring as well. So glad we became Atlanta Cycling customers!

Some of the best customer service that I have received in quite some time. Mary was so helpful that she actually put me i to an upgraded version of a bike that I was dead set on getting. Her knowledge was very impressive. She has made a customer for life out of me.

The bike was great, as expected. Service is never a given these days but Bradley did not disappoint. He was knowledgeable and friendly and really cared about making the “ new bike day” experience a memorable one for me. He took plenty of time to go over the features of the bike and to ensure a good fit for me. After riding it a bit, I need a couple of minor tweaks but Bradley told me to bring it back to get those addressed. I’m a happy customer. Cheers!

The service at the Greenville location is outstanding. I deal mostly with Bradley, but everyone is willing to answer questions, and all are friendly and knowledgeable.
I always look forward to a visit, and have bought two bikes from them since February!

Gerry was a big help in finding the right bike and size. He listened to me and was very attentive as I was riding the bikes around to give me feedback on sizing. He kept me up to date when the bike came in and when it got built. He didn’t try to push any extra sales on me.
Park Tools are great and usually not available locally. You’d have to order online and wait for the arrival. I was glad to see that Atlanta Cycling had it available down the street from me.
