They took the time to explain and answer every question we had, without rushing us and were very friendly and helpful. They were all very knowledgeable.

We were very impressed with this store. They were extremely friendly from the very moment we walked into the store. They helped us find the cycling shoes that my wife was looking for. They didn’t have her size but they ordered them for us. They came in within five days. The insole wasn’t quite right and they took us next door to the shoe store to help her get the right insole for her foot. We liked that they went just that little bit extra for us. We will definitely be back to this store for our cycling needs.
Everything was extremely professional and top-notch. I had to bring my bike in last-minute since I had a race at the end of the week. I called around Greenville and they were the only place that said they could get it done by the weekend for my triathlon. Not only did they get it done in time, but they got it all done 2 days ahead of schedule and did not charge me for any expedited fee. I am now a loyal customer and this will be the only bike shop I go to from now on for any of my bike needs in the future.
