This is the LBS for the weekend warrior and the seasoned pro. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they communicate well. The guys in the service center always make me feel like we've been friends for years, and they treat me fairly. The sales crew should not be forgotten either; they aren't pushy, they're friendly, and there's no judgment on their faces when I decide to "wait on a purchase". This is a top-notch experience.

I appreciated the service Josh provided when I came in looking for a bike. I knew the model I wanted, but he was very helpful figuring out the right size and helping to get the bike adjusted as well as selecting key pieces of kit to have.
