The gym is also great with a variety of classes. Sis it wasn't so packed, but I know it's not easy to expand the facility!

Equipment is plentiful and in good condition/working order. All are clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Hours are convenient.

I would recommend the Y due to the variety of gym exercises available. However, it will be great if the Y can add another session in the Silver Fit similar to the one at 10:15 am (the 11:15 am is with seats). The 10:15 am is too crowded very uncomfortable to do exercises being too close to another person. Example: Last Tuesday someone comment there were approximately 80 persons in this session only. It will be great another session can be added on a Wednesday or Monday; or probably Tuesday earlier in the morning 9 am. Eventually in a near future, another room will be needed for senior members specific classes during the am hours. Example: Both Enhancement Fitness sessions are very crowded especially the 9 am. I know for a fact during 2025 a lot of seniors that retired joined the YMCA. I understand this is the reason it is so crowded even on the second floor for weight exercises. Baby Boomers are retiring and has impacted this situation. In addition, it would be great probably you can hire part time trainers with certifications as physical therapist so the stretching exercises can be adapted for senior members since the majority have medical muscular conditions or certified the current trainers to ensure the stretching exercises for elderly persons are done based on the age group.

Swim team is a great place for kids to develop strength in the water, practice teamwork, and have fun. The kids work hard and support each other. I love that swimming on a regular basis fosters confidence, endurance and fitness for life.
Professional and pleasant staff. Pool is amazing. It is well maintained and the hours are accommodating.

It's the best work out gym that's friendly staffed ,clean and respectful to their members
Good classes for seniors. I will say though that I am discouraged from attending the Tuesday and Thursday silver sneaker classes due to having to get there so early to ensure I get a ticket. Then once in the class, it’s packed. The Monday class is less stressful. Wish you’d add an additional class on Tuesday and/or Thursday to alleviate tickets and crowding.
They have any piece of work out equipment that you could imagine & a supportive staff To assist with answering questions!

Good instructors but need better hours throughout the day. All classes are early morning or late evening. There is nothing in the afternoon or midday.

It is a very welcoming friendly place. No judgment, this to me is a family oriented place. You can do a full workout or whatever makes you comfortable.
