Love the Y and the classes. FInding wet wipe and antiseptic is a challenge always out and keeping workout rooms clean. pool needs to be at least 80 degrees It was 90 degrees for several weeks straight after telling staff with no changes made so stopped going it was very hot. Bikes need update and some classes are packed and need bigger rooms. Thanks First name removed
We have been a member for over three years
And suggested friends to join the club.
The aquatic director is encouraging and kind and all the instructors are patient and kind.
Summer camp at north Brandon runs so surprisingly smoothly. I’m regularly frustrated by the parking situation during the year, but I haven’t run in to issues dropping off or picking up my campers this summer. My 12 year old is sad she’ll age out next year. The staff are all great, but I remain really impressed with coach Zack. I don’t think he sits down the entire summer. I bet if he wore a pedometer, he’d log 30 miles each day!
My daughter is having so much fun and experiencing so many things !
Great family supportive and healthy environment
Good equipment, friendly staff. Clean, nice environment, not overly crowded.
Beautiful facility, great location, excellent competent staff and trainers, friendly atmosphere.
I love going to the Y.
like the people at the Y
Every one at the Bob Sierra is a professional.
The equipment, along with the whole facility is extremely clean and welcoming.
The staff is amazing, the facilities are clean, and we love the camp programs
Zachary Karikas, the program director was amazing. It can be really scary to try new places with our autistic son. But we didn't want our fear to hold back his growth. Kim, Elizabeth and Jody are so attentive and experienced. Our son thrived here and he will be back.
Great Saturday morning water aerobics instructor.
She’s the best!
My daughter loves camp at the YMCA. It's very dependent on which one and the counselors. This summer has had some bumps with a new director but we are enjoying it!
Walter loves going to camp. He wakes up excited to go, every day. So happy to hear his stories of the fun and educational activities. Thank you, great job.
The facilities are kept clean and in working order. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my daughter loves her time at summer camp
The community at the YMCA is amazing and the staff is so friendly.
The Y is a family friendly atmosphere, offers a variety of activities for everyone of all ages, clean, and staffs are very polite with knowledge of the YMCA's programs.
My son loves returning every summer
The staff was courteous and professional. Started and finished class in a timely manner. I feel as I learn something in each class.
Camp Cristina is such an amazing environment for kids to grow and play! Staff are caring, attentive, and inclusive. It provides much need opportunities for kids to learn social skills away from distractions like electronics. 10/10!
Great service value.
My grandson enjoys going to summer camp there. Last week, he attended art camp. They had an art show on the last day. I was impressed by the subjects they covered. They taught perspective, shading, and medium choices.
Staff is super friendly regardless of whether it’s busy or not. The array of classes, leagues and camps, especially for the younger generation is a major plus.
Good communication and organization. Staff seems caring and fun.
great program, friendly staff
Friendly staff, several classes I want to attend. Compassionate and knowledgeable instructors. Close to home.
Camp was well organized and the staff were caring yet set boundaries with kids. Having lots of time in the pool was the big advantage over other places. The building is clean and safe.

Family friendly environment. The pool is very clean and rarely dirty. Some improvements to mention, will be to start opening the pool at 5 am like it was before. I imagine later opening is due to lack of staff or because the lifeguards are usually young and maybe don’t want to get up early, perhaps?
