Great equipment and friendly staff.
There are a few reasons.
1. I can walk there. I recommend this location to anyone in Westchase.
2. The place is clear.
3. Very freindly employees.
4. The machines are perfect for me. I love Cybex leg machines. This location has all the leg machines I need.
5. My knees are getting old, so the bikes and ellipticals can get my heart rate up without the impact.
I know #4 and 5 may be trivial, but having these machines in a location so close to me is extremely important. It means that I don't need to purchase these items for my own use since the WPV Y is so convenient for me.

I enjoy taking the Silver Sneakers classes. I like the wide variety of the exercise machines.
The facility is superb along with an outstanding staff.
Not only do we use the gym, we are especially thankful for the kids day off and summer camps ran by Anne. Big shout out to Anne and Mr Josh! They always greet us with a smile their faces and treat our daughter like their own.
As an adult swimmer, I was shopping around for months trying to find the most affordable course and settled on the YMCA. The instructor was very personable and encouraging. I haven't swam in over a decade because swimming was a bit traumatic for me (multiple almost drownings) but I am so much more confident now! I'm so much stronger as a swimmer! I've already recommended the YMCA swim courses to my closest loved ones.
100%! My kids learned a lot. They loved the instruction! The instructor was very knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive. The facility was clean, organized, the staff was very helpful, friendly. And knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the experience overall. We will continue to take classes there.
