I really enjoy the water aerobics classes and Silver Sneakers. The instructors are very personable and good! Also there are many other activities and events to choose from and enjoy. And the fees at the Y are very reasonable.

Recently, (2Phone number removed) I have discovered the gentle Yoga classes with Cindy on Tuesdays and Betty on Fridays. Both instructors are genuine, competent, and professional.
Their classes are growing in popularity. Please offer more classes. Maybe something could be offered on Monday nights?
