I'm enjoying the experience provided to myself as a senior citizen, and I will definitely advise my neighbors and friends about the silver sneakers programs that are available at our local YMCA. I appreciate the courteous and professional support of the staff and I look forward to my next chair yoga class.
Everybody has shown a pleasant demeanor towards my daughter and I since joining; from staff, to patrons. Jacob is always attentive to any questions we may have and displays positive encouragement. Cindy always has a bright smile that makes any challenging day not that big of a deal. If I didn't have to rehab, I could spend my entire workout session just chatting it up with her. They demonstrate exactly what I believe community and team is about. This gets harder to find these days; whereas polarization is the norm.They are an asset to your organization. I wish I could have found employees with this level of commitment and positivity; during my tenure in the corporate environment. Don't meet expectations; but exceed them. Team success is predicated on their leaders' ability to divide the effort, thus multiply the effect. -NP
Been a member here for about ten years and this is the best staff that I've seen here. Great staff and friendly environment and it's always clean. Andi & Armani are always quick to address any concerns.

I’m very likely to recommend the Y because of the incredible environment Dena, the Membership Director, and her entire staff have created. From the moment you walk in, there’s a genuine sense of warmth and welcome that you don’t find everywhere. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable, valued, and part of a community—not just another member.
What really stands out is how consistent that experience is. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help, which makes every visit enjoyable. It’s more than just a place to work out—it feels like a space where people truly care about your experience and well-being.
Because of that atmosphere, I actually look forward to going there. It’s a place I enjoy spending time in, and that’s why I confidently recommend it to others.

Facilities are amazing, the only bad thing is that they keep ignoring our cries for disabled parking and to provide an email to the members thus those spaces are only use by people with disabilities or mobility issues and they have the respo3ctive placard or license plates

The facilities are beautiful, wide variety of classes and the classes I’ve attend it wasn’t crazy packed and everyone had their own space

We just need the Zephyrhills location to expand the size and the parking

I think the yoga instructors are very good. When working on the machines the staff makes us feel welcome while at the same time not putting pressure on us to over-exercise or compete. Everyone who works out there seems pretty cool. The staff is dedicated and professional
