Carlos was very nice, and did a wonderful job. The carpets are clean without the sticky residue I have experienced with other cleaning methods. Carlos also took the time to explain what the cleaning process was, and how long it would take. The cleaning method is wonderful, and the caring customer service makes Zerorez the best!!!
Being cost effective is not the main reason for using Zerorez. Their talented technicians leave the carpet in almost "show room new" condition with their tricks of the trade.
Great cleaning job, excellent employees great customer service
I was very pleased with the result and the service. I had a large ink stain on my cream colored carpet. While the stain didn't come out completely (nor did I expect it to), it is almost gone it almost un noticeable. The guy who cleaned the rug (Jim, I think) was very professional and courteous
