What impressed me the most was Brandon's professionalism and honesty regarding the basement carpet that had been dominated by cats within the household. He took the time to explain the reality of having cats and showed me with the blacklight the areas that were affected. He suggested products to help with any future "accidents" from the cats. While there were two spots that Brandon was unable to remove, the rest of the carpet was such a pleasant surprise. I was very pleased with his service and the products that he used.

Great customer service. The tech was in and out. He was very careful about not hitting the walls and corners in the house. Unfortunately, we did not get the pee smell out, but we did discuss prior to treatment that it wasn't guaranteed. Good job!
