My carpets are so clean after Zerorez has come through, even with pet stains, ink and makeup! I had even left a note to allow for a certain amount I was willing to pay over my quoted price if it meant pet stains and odors would be gone. The technician, Juan, called me to say he did not think additional cost would be required and he charged me just what I was quoted and all the stains are gone!!

Nice job on heavily soiled, 40+ year old carpeting - my late father-in-law's house. I really wan't expecting such a nice result since the carpeting is so old. The rugs look good, and the cleaning removed that musty odor they had, too. Everyone that has walked in the house since Zerorez was there has remarked how much better the whole house smells.
There are hardwood floors under this old carpeting, and I would guess that the Zerorez process protected them somewhat, by NOT drenching the rugs in water and shampoo. The carpets will be removed eventually, but the Zerorez cleaning bought us some time to decide just what to do with the house. Thanks!

Not toxic and the results were amazing

Zerorez services are priced well. We've worked with a few different employees over the phone and in person and everyone has always been polite and helpful. The two times we've had our carpets cleaned, they went above and beyond to keep the entire work space as clean or cleaner than when they first showed up. You can tell everyone takes pride in a a job well done and that is very much appreciated.
