We were really impressed on how well our carpets turned out. It had been 7 years since we last had them done. We have two Dogs and they leave a lot of hair and dirt on the carpets....We really expected to replace the carpet this year, it looked old, dirty and tired out. The technician, Tim, was very informed about the product and expected results. He explained everything to me before, during, and after the cleaning. He provided an estimate to clean my stairs and lower level. I waited a couple of weeks before responding because I wanted to see how my carpets looked after being walked on. The outcome is very good. My carpets are old and Tim warned me about a couple of areas--however, the light stains that remained did not darken with time and the traveled area did not matt as has happened with other companies' cleaning process. I am very pleased and will scheduled the rest of my carpets with Zerorez. Thank you.
