Zerorez got my carpets CLEANER than the other guys. I also really appreciated how careful the technician was. He went over a high traffic area twice because he wasn't completely happy with the result the first time. I also appreciate the corner "bumpers" that protect my wall and the door cover that kept bugs and hot air out. The other guy didn't have those items!

First, I was very happy that you were willing to come up to where I live. The first nice surprise was that I am not outside your area. I have seen how the "other" companies leave behind the residue which becomes magnetic almost immediately. I had many bad areas (that it puts it mildly... it was a mess!) that I did not think would come clean but they sure did! Tim was so knowledgeable about the whole process and explained every step and also discussed my options for the extra services I needed without simply trying to "upsell" me. Having a pet, I like the "less chemicals" route, since she lives on the floor. The results are amazing! I am so glad I called Zerorez and have already put a testimonial on my own Facebook page, which friends have responded to and say they are going to call, too! Thanks!
