We have used Zerorez many times, cleaning wool carpet throughout the ranch house. We live in the country and have a large dog, so the carpet gets clobbered. Paw prints, boot prints, and the occasional bone all show up on the light color. Zerorez removes all the stains, cleans everything beautifully, and at a very reasonable cost. All of their techs are skilled and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with. Valentino was here this time and he was great. Large dog loved him.

I moved into a house in Cottage Grove that the owners had not maintained. The carpets were so dirty I didn't think the soiled areas could be removed. Zerorez came out and cleaned them but some of the areas were still soiled. They came out a second time and almost all of the areas that had been dirty for probably many years were clean. Zerorez would not let me pay them for the second cleaning. Thank you Zerorez.

Zerorez provides professional and quality carpet cleaning service for a reasonable cost. Austin did a thorough cleaning on both floors of our home with great attention to detail. He was even able to get out a few difficult stains that I had no hope could be eliminated. Job well done!

I have you guys come and clean my carpet nearly every year -- its always different techs but they have all been thorough, well trained, good to talk to, and explains things. So clearly they are well trained, and I appreciate that. I do not publicly rate or share reviews on line tho.

There was good communication throughout. We made an appointment initially and also requested to be put on a call list in case an earlier appointment became available. An earlier appointment did open up, they called and slotted us in which helped us out a lot. Joe, our technician came on time and was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the house, listened to our concern about some spots on the carpet and told us what to expect. The finished job looks great. Joe also consulted with us about a kitchen floor issue that I have and even sent pictures back to his office so that other staff could add their thoughts. Joe went over and above and that we very much appreciated.
