The people and the results. Both times I have had Zerorez, the employees have been pleasant and professional. I had 6 carpeted rooms/stairs and 1 tiled room cleaned and they all turned out great--even though the carpet is pretty old and one room had a large spot which I thought would be a permanent stain.
Our carpet is at least 15 years old, we think closer to 20. Zerorez gets the stains out, keeps the carpet looking nicer longer and the dry time is only a few hours!
