I would have appreciated him sweeping up the leaves/dirt he left in our entryways, but it's not a deal-breaker. We'd use your services again in the future.

A couple weeks ago we had our carpets cleaned and the Zerorez employee, James, told me that you also clean air ducts. It had been about 7 or 8 years since we had ours cleaned, so I scheduled an appointment. It was James that showed up again, but this time it was to clean our vents. He was punctual and did a great job.

The technician was very thorough and consulted with me before attempting to clean a wool area rug. I was impressed that he asked about this, then followed up by spot-checking to ensure that there would be no color bleeding, then showing the (bleed-free) results. Very professional job!
