You could have been unconcerned, since it was my fault that the time didn't work. Instead, You were able to come 2 days later, still in time to do it before my New Year's Day brunch. Your staff are wonderful, relaxed, able to go with the flow once they got here. I wanted some specific things, like working around heavy furniture and area rugs, and that's what I got. Thank you.

I like no chemicals and I like that there will be potentially less buildup due to having zero rez.

the only reason I did not give a 10 is because 1. the worst stained carpet could have used one more try. and 2. having only one worker made him unable to move my dining room table to get under the legs. When we moved the table for the holidays there was a stain under where the leg was.

My carpets look amazing! I had no idea that they would look so good. The cleaning process was quick, easy and painless. And the guy who did the job was very nice and considerate.
