I had my entire house cleaned when I moved in. ZeroRez got all the stains out of the carpet and made them look like new. I thought Aaron did a really great job keeping me informed on how things were going, and he offered the fiber protection plan which they were able to add on the day of the cleaning. Great service! The people and the results. Both times I have had Zerorez, the employees have been pleasant and professional. I had 6 carpeted rooms/stairs and 1 tiled room cleaned and they all turned out great--even though the carpet is pretty old and one room had a large spot which I thought would be a permanent stain.
