Technician John did a great job - swift, thorough and polite. Pricing was fair & reasonable, communication was stellar (calling ahead, setting a window of time for the treatment, time estimate, etc.) I admit I was skeptical - how could just water get the carpet clean & stains out? I was wowed by the amount of stuff that came up, and I think every single stain is gone! Should have done this sooner, and will likely do so more often in our new home.

1. Aaron and Logan were knowledgeable about their product, friendly and efficient.
2. The product has a light fruity/floral odor that was not too cloying or lingering as the carpet dried.
3. Zerorez appointment was scheduled for 2:30 but the techs called to say they finished a prior job early. They were actually able to start the job about an hour earlier than planned.
4. It's only been a day but the product/technique was able to drastically reduce the darkness of 10+ year old stains in the carpet. It's too soon to know how the pet treatment worked on the area rug and recliners.

I was pleased with how friendly my tech (Zach) was. He was polite when calling before hand and then when he got there and explained what he would be doing. Then took the time to explain the process to me once he was done, dry times, recommendations and asked if I had any questions. He was very thorough.

The scheduling staff was great! Super easy to get in contact with, fast to respond, and so helpful throughout the whole process!

the fact that is does not leave a soap residue on the carpet , time will tell how long the carpet will stay clean , but right now the look amazing . also like the call 20 min before the arrival.
