With two small kids and a dog, we had many stains and areas of heavy traffic soiling on our 13 year old carpet. Zerorez totally refreshed our carpet and removed many tough stains- no problem! Healthy, few to no chemicals, quick, fast drying. They do more than clean carpets – area rugs, brushed suede furniture (this is the best! it looks new again when completed). Floor tile and tile and tile grout in shower – they can get it way cleaner than I can on my own. Our home is always fresh and super clean after a ZeroRez visit. It helps us keep our biggest investment in top shape and feels great to live in what looks and feels like new flooring. Also< you don't have to remove all your furniture from a room if you don't have time. Reasonably priced and so worth it.

The service tech's were friendly, helpful and respective. Weather conditions caused delays beyond the provider's control, however, the staff and OWNER became personally involved due to scheduling issues and made the cleaning a VERY POSITIVE experience.
