The technician Aaron was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job and couldn't have been a more positive representative for Zerorez. Sam was also terrific setting up the appointment. The only negative comment I have is that a better explanation over the phone for the cost of pet treatment would have been appreciated. Although I understand the need for the additional cost it would have been nice to know that upfront. Although some of the stains could not be removed, overall I'm very happy with the way the carpet turned out.

Great service, the product has a mild citris smell which was clean no pleasant. Most importantly the tiles looked like new, matching those that had been covered by furniture. Amazing.

It was great that the technicians discussed the job with us prior to performing. They also suggested, without being pushy, other options we may want to consider in the future. Overall, we are happy with the outcome.

The "two way vacuum", for lack of knowing its name, was very effective at pulling cat fur out of my carpets. My carpets feel like new again, bouncey.
