Tim was very professional, about his suggestions for what more we needed to move, how he handled the equipment, and how he explained the process. We have old carpets that have some issues, and he explained what we could expect from his cleaning. They turned out better that we expected. Very happy with the service and your product. I like that it is easy to schedule services on line. Zerorez stayed in contact with me to confirm appointment and called ahead the day of service. The carpet looked and smelled clean and fresh. The service techs were knowledgeable and efficient.

The technician Aaron was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job and couldn't have been a more positive representative for Zerorez. Sam was also terrific setting up the appointment. The only negative comment I have is that a better explanation over the phone for the cost of pet treatment would have been appreciated. Although I understand the need for the additional cost it would have been nice to know that upfront. Although some of the stains could not be removed, overall I'm very happy with the way the carpet turned out.
