I understand the age of the carpet and the length of time the stain had to set in was a major factor in the process. They are stubborn stains. The last company we had clean our carpets only did a fair job of getting them cleaned. Your service technician went out of his way to try and get stubborn areas a bit cleaner, plus he was very friendly and kept me informed of his arrival time, what to expect while he was cleaning and of course, how long to wait before moving items back onto the carpet.
