The person who cleaned our carpets was professional and efficient. The person who answered the call when I wanted to schedule the carpet cleaning was also very friendly and professional. My carpets felt really clean without any leftover residue.

I like that it is easy to schedule services on line. Zerorez stayed in contact with me to confirm appointment and called ahead the day of service. The carpet looked and smelled clean and fresh. The service techs were knowledgeable and efficient.
