I like how polite and accommodating the technician was, how he was right about drying times, how there was no damage to baseboards, and how soft and new the carpet looks and feels.

The person that cleaned my carpets gave very good explanations of what he was doing. The cleaning took no time at all, an hour for 3 rooms. The cleaning is guaranteed for 30 days for return of the soiled areas. Equipment was very clean. Left no mess behind. Overall I was very pleased with the services of Zerorez.
