I was surprised at how good my old filthy carpet looked after it was cleaned. The tech was very helpful, suggested extra services but did not push them. He was knowledgable about types of carpet and cleaning. Will definitely use zerorez in the future and will recommend.

I appreciate the quality of both product and service. The technicians doing the job in a small room with heavy furniture were flexible so that furniture could be moved to accommodate the cleaning. This required multiple visits. I appreciate their willingness to work with me. The only negative I have is that, when bringing large hoses and equipment into the house, the exterior door was slammed against the wall and the doorknob left a hole in that wall which will need to be addressed.
