The service was prompt and efficient. Matt, the service provider was very personable. He explained what he would be doing and made suggestions for other possible services. The carpet looks fantastic. I didn't think some of the stains would come out but Matt was able to remove them all.

I like the fact that you use electrified water. No carpet shampoo. Job is done thoroughly and done quickly. We have cats so Valentino went around my rooms with the black light with me to identify trouble spots. Some were located behind a sofa that we were not planning to move. During his cleaning Valentino moved the sofa so he could shampoo behind and underneath it. Wonderful job!

I especially liked the follow-up. After the initial work was completed, a gentleman from Zerorez came to our facility to inspect the work. He found several spots that needed further attention, so a technician from Zerorez came out the following week to clean them thoroughly.
