Technicians explain process and were honest about what could be achieved with the cleaning service, particularly to a heavily stained area with red juice. The process allows for fast drying of carpet surfaces, which is a plus when you have a busy household and can't have rooms off limit for more than a few hours. I was very happy with results - carpets looked and felt like new. Technicians were very professional and able to help with maneuvering around heavy furniture and help with moving some furniture. This is the 3rd time we have used Zeroez and will be a repeat customer.

Indicated who they were at door. Explained what they were going to do. Discussed different rug situations. Tested to see if rug would bleed. Also called to say they would be delayed but came when they said they would be there.

Jacob was our professional Zerorez technician who did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in my clients 5 bedroom 2399 square foot home. It was a big job with multiple heavy duty stains and years of wear. Jacob called in his boss to help and together they did a great job cleaning the carpet better than we expected. I like that my carpets always look great once cleaned and stay clean looking until my next cleaning. Although, my carpets never look dirty it always amazes me all the dirt they remove that you don't even notice between cleanings. I make sure to schedule a cleaning every year.
