Excellent service. My carpets look like new. This is the second year I have had Zerorez. Courteous worker. I am so pleased with the results. Zerorez will always do my cleaning.

The technician's service was wonderful. Sam protected my home by wearing booties. He listened attentively to my concerns and requests, and he outlined his plan to analyze what type of cleaning was needed. He explained what he was doing each step of the way, engaging my questions as he went along. After the analysis, he explained what was needed and why, and (just as importantly) what WASN'T needed that I'd initially requested. He built my trust and credibility early in our encounter, and he showed me the total invoice and cost before starting work, to make sure I understood what the total would be and to account for any adjustments before getting started.
All that, and in the end, the carpets - of course - looked and smelled fantastic. I'll definitely call on Zerorez again in the future for carpet cleaning needs. It was definitely a great experience.

Elijah called to see if he could come EARLY! Of course!! He answered my questions and was very personable. It's an old carpet and does show it's wear, but his thorough cleaning sure lightened it up.

The reason they're fantastic is because they take their time, explain the process clearly, detailed oriented, ask if I had any questions and checked in multiple times throughout the cleaning to assure quality was being met. They also walk around with the customer to show them any areas of concern or address and questions.

Valentino was very friendly, efficient and did a great job on our carpets. There were a couple of graphite stains from a recliner that he was able to make disappear. Dirty heavy traffic areas were barely noticeable after the cleaning. We would hire Zerorez again without question.
