The technician arrived on time and was very thorough with the walk through, explaining the process and taking time to listen to my concerns and asking questions about what was observed. The process was was efficient. The end result was more than I could have asked for. Will definitely use Zerorez again. Plus was so easy to book on line.

We had a pretty rough night with the dog (throw up and diarrhea). I called them an hour before they open and to my surprise an actual person answer the phone! He stated that they did not have any openings but they would be able to work us in. The technician had problems with his van but was still able to make it out, in a timely manner, and get our carpets clean! It would have been very easy for them to say sorry we don't have any openings will get to you later, but they didn't! I would recommend Zerorez to anybody that's looking to get their carpets cleaned!
