The tech was there on the specified time and he was vary conciencious about where everything was located and what he had to do. He did a very good job under the circumstances of an older home. Now about the company, they should send a door barrier for brings hoses in the house without the insects an wasps, especially this time of year but it would also conserve heat or cooling while the tech does his job. The tech told me the carpet vans have the door barrier but he does not, cmon ZEROREZ what's up man up and do what you should do for your customers and potentially future customers

Easy to schedule. The carpets got REALLY clean. Lots of pet and kids stains over the years and they all were GONE! Plus, carpets dried fairly fast, which helped us be able to move furniture back in place quickly.

The rep was very cautious, polite and did a great job. I like their Empowered Water which cleans and leaves no residue plus other treatment options like for pet stains. I had one spot that came back but next day they repeated the cleaning and spot was gone at no charge. The price was right and this is my 4th year with Zerorez and I would recommend them to anyone. We were extremely satisfied with the result. Our carpets have never looked so good after cleaning....especially the stairs. The technician spent the most time actually cleaning than any other company we’ve used. We really appreciated the door covers to prevent bugs and animal entry, the fenders on corners and the immaculate clean up. We will definitely use this company again.

Stand behind production and great customer service

Service person was great! The carpet and furniture look wonderful. All the soiled areas were cleaned beautifully and I really love the fact that there’s no crunchy residue from detergent on the carpet.

We like that you use safe solvents and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. Matt was very knowledgeable and personable. Our rug has pet stains and it turned out so much better than I expected it to. He told us how to continue treating it to remove a larger stain on the wool rug.
