The results were excellent, as the 20 yr old carpet looked nearly new, except for our normal wear patterns. The carpet did show some ripples after cleaning, but I was assured these would self correct after the carpeting dried. Sure enough these ripples disappeared, and the carpeting looks great. (I was concerned since this is the first time I've seen ripples after a carpet cleaning during the many cleanings we have had previously,) However, the end result is great.
