Our tech, Blaze (sp?), was prompt and very courteous and respectful and friendly. He asked about our concerns and was very knowledgeable in offering solutions. He was done in about an hour and we had a carpet that looked like new! We felt we were in good hands with someone who knew what they were doing and was genuinely concerned with providing us with excellent service. Did I say he was friendly?
