The base is $139. I mentioned the "Pet Adder" and it was for the living room only. The cost for that was $50 or more than 1/3 of the orig $139. What is involved in this and way so much more?
Also it may have been due to a rainy day, but it took a VERY LONG TIME for the carpet to dry. Much longer than we remember from past Zerorez visits. Why? If due to a rainy/high humidity day, I would like to have been told that so I could expect the longer drying time

This is the second time we had zerorez in our home and we like the service very much. The communication is great starting with the appointment reminders right through to the technician calling to let us know when he would be arriving. Customer service is great, the price is very reasonable and the carpets are clean and odor fee. Whenever anyone asked me about carpet cleaning I always recommmend zerorez. Great job guys!!
We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for the last couple of years and they never disappoint. Merick was the technician and he did a fantastic job. He discussed everything that he was going to do and how long it was going to take. There were a few areas on our carpet that were stained with red Gatorade and he was able to get those stains out. We have tried other professional carpet cleaning services in the area but Zerorez by far is the best!!!

Since I have mostly hardwood floors, he wiped up around any area rugs that were
placed on the hardwood or tile so there wouldn't be any water marks.
