We had a great experience with Zerorez Madison! They were extremely responsive when we needed to schedule appointments to clean carpet in our new house. The technician, James, who came to our house for the service was excellent! I like the Scotch Gard that was used on the carpet after cleaning. The carpet still looks crisp and clean.

The tech was there on the specified time and he was vary conciencious about where everything was located and what he had to do. He did a very good job under the circumstances of an older home. Now about the company, they should send a door barrier for brings hoses in the house without the insects an wasps, especially this time of year but it would also conserve heat or cooling while the tech does his job. The tech told me the carpet vans have the door barrier but he does not, cmon ZEROREZ what's up man up and do what you should do for your customers and potentially future customers
